Returns & Refunds
Should you have any problems with an order or an item arrives to you that has been damaged during transit then please take photos immediately of the packaging and contents and contact us at either firstname.lastname@example.org or using the contact form on our site and if a refund is due to you we will get this issued for you.
If you have any items missing from your order please let us know as soon as possible and these items will be refunded to you.
If you do not receive your order within the stated time then please get in touch with us. We will then get in touch with the postal service or courier and find out what is happening.
Once we hear back from them we will get in touch with you and will refund your order if they deem your parcel lost. This can take up to 10 days.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process and will be sent back using the method which you paid with.
Personalised mugs cannot be returned unless there is a typing error which we made.
We will cover the postage for this.
Should you order a mug that was not personalised and wish to return it you can do so within 14 days but you will have to cover the postage to send it back to us.
